Member terms at a glance

• The community is for adults aged 18 and over.
• It is an educational and peer-support community, not therapy, medical treatment, detoxification or emergency support.
• Standard membership is free. Premium is billed by Skool at $29 per month, has no trial and can be cancelled through Skool before renewal, subject to applicable statutory rights.
• Premium includes one therapist-led educational group-support session each month and eligible non-urgent replies from Patrick through Skool chat within two working days, after active Premium status is verified.
• The reply period runs Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays and notified periods of leave. The community is not monitored continuously.
• Skool is not a confidential therapy room, so members should avoid identifying detail and sensitive clinical history.
• Routine participation does not create a clinical record, and minimum-necessary records are kept only when needed for moderation, complaints, finance or safeguarding.

Privacy summary

The privacy addendum explains that Skool is the platform or provider for the community, course and subscription service. PJB Therapy may process membership, moderation, payment and support records, including account identifiers, manual approval answers, posts, comments, course progress, attendance notes and non-clinical incident records.

That processing is used to manage access, run the community, moderate safely, respond to member questions and complaints, protect members and meet legal, professional and safeguarding responsibilities. Skool or its providers may process information outside the UK under their own terms and privacy information.
